Bass Mute Instructions

Each Bass Guitar String Mute package contains two (2) Bass Mutes.  The mute with harder foam will dampen strings more, and the mute with softer foam will dampen strings less.  Sliding the mute closer to the bridge will result in less dampening.  Sliding the mute away from the bridge will result in more dampening.  Slide the mute closer or further away from the bridge to adjust the degree of dampening you want.

Position the instrument in your normal playing position.  Holding the Bass Mute with one hand, align the slots with the strings and push down until firmly seated.  To remove just pull up and off the strings.
